BLOCK MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR ROYAL MINT GARDENS

As your managing agents we arrange all planned and reactive maintenance on behalf of The Royal Mint Gardens Management Company.

We look after your 24-hour concierge service on site, which should be your first point of contact. They will provide immediate response to any issue raised regarding the building and action accordingly and are in constant contact with our office, which includes our 24-hour emergency call out service.

Regular inspections are carried out by our Property Manager to assist in undertaking the preventative and protective measures as required by the Fire, Health and safety management plan of the building, which is being managed under the statutory ARMA rules for property management.

Our account department issue all the service charge demands and are able to assist with all accounting queries.
