House Rules

General

We recommend that stiletto shoes are not worn in apartments as these can damage the timber floors.

No throwing of items from the balcony.

No barbeques on the balcony or in other outside area.

Smoking is prohibited in any of the common areas.

Pets

There is a fee for a pet licence. For more information please refer to your lease or managing agent.

Facilities

Please check with the concierge for information regarding the gym, residents lounge, swimming pool, games room, cinema room, bike storage facilities etc.

Age restrictions for facilities

Games room - No one under 12 unless accompanied by an adult.

Gym - No one under 14.

Swimming pool - under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Cinema rooom - No one under 12 unless accompanied by an adult.

Resident lounge - No one under 12 unless accompanied by an adult.

CCTV

Cameras are located around the communal areas of the building for your safety and security.

Defects

There is a 24 months defect liability period, should you wish to report any defect please contact the concierge and they will guide you through the defect process.

Letters and Parcels

Please collect your letters from the post room located behind the concierge desk. Parcels can only be held for short periods only and need to be collected at the earliest possible time.

Contractors

For security reasons, please notify the concierge if you have any contractors attending your flat. To ensure that no damage is caused to the common parts of the building they need to be escorted at all times. Proposed works need to be notified to the managing agent prior to the commencement and may need a licence.
